STATE COAL-MINES (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO COAL CONVEYED FROM).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 23rd July, 1907. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The quantity of coal conveyed from the State coal-mines for the last financial year to various ports ; (2) the expenditure on freight and insurance ; (3) to whom the money has been paid; and (4) particulars of the quantity and value of the ooal from the State mines supplied for the Government servioe." —(Mr. Hoae).
