I am directed to report that, this petition having been referred back to the Committee for reconsideration, the Committee reiterates its previous decision—viz., "that legislation should be introduced to allow petitioners to pass examinations under the old Act until the expiration of the old Board of Examiners' tenure of office." 11th October, 1906.
