I have the honour to forward herewith, for your information, a schedule showing the dates of arrival of the mail-steamers at Auckland and San Francisco for the six months ended March, 1906, and to point out that the proportion of late arrivals, particularly those at Auckland, is altogether too great. I should be glad if you would look into the matter, and see whether, it is not possible to improve the present running.
