No. 914, 1904.—Petition of Tuaiwa Ngatipare. Petitioner prays for payment of an alleged balance of purchase-money due on the Tawatahi Block. I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 25th July, 1905.

No. 931, 1904.--Petition of Maniheea Makiwhaba and 5 Others. Petitionees pray for a payment of "tenths" alleged to be due out of the sale of Te Hunua Block, near Wairoa, Auckland. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 25th July, 1905.

No. 946, 1904.—Petition of Amikia Mahikai and 13 Others. . Petitionees protest against the findings in connection with Te Akau Block, and pray for further investigation. I am directed to report that, the matter of Te Akau Block having been inquired into by Eoyal Commission and decided, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 25th July, 1905.
