portion of Westmere Riding of Waitotara County situated east of a line drawn from the sea-coast about a mile and a quarter north of the mouth of the Wanganui River to the southernmost corner of Section No. 232, Block V., Westmere Survey District, and proceeding thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 232 and 233, 235 and 85, to the north-eastern boundary of Westmere Riding : also that portion of Brunswick Riding of Waitotara County situated east of the Great Western Line, and south of the Brunswick Line, the New Missionary Line, and the Mission Line. Oroua. Oroua District comprises the whole of the Counties of Kiwitea and Pohangina ; the Borough of Feilding; the Town District of Halcombe ; and the whole of the Manchester Road District of Oroua County excepting that portion situated south of a line commencing at the junction of Nannestad's Road with the Bunnythorpe-Feilding Railway, and proceeding north-easterly along the south side of Nannestad's Road to Reid's Line ; thence south-easterly along Reid's Line to Section No. 15, Block IV., Kairanga Survey District; thence along the northern boundary of that section and the western boundary of Section No. 19 to Feilding Road ; thence westerly along the Feilding Road to Penelope Road, and northerly along Penelope Road to Spur Road ; thence easterly along Spur Road to the road fronting Section No. 7, Block 1., Gorge Survey District; thence southerly along that road and its continuation, passing Sections Nos. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 of the said Block 1., to the Township of Ashhurst; thence along lines so as to include the Township of Ashhurst to the Pohangina River at the easternmost corner of Section No. 464 ; thence southerly along the right bank of the Pohangina River to the Manawatu River; and thence along the right bank of the Manawatu River to the south-eastern boundary of the Manchester Road District. Palmerston. Palmerston District comprises the whole of Kairanga County ; the whole of the Borough of Palmerston North ; together with that portion of Manchester Road District of Oroua County situated south of a line commencing at the junction of Nannestad's Road with the BunnythorpeFeilding Railway, and proceeding north-easterly along the south side of Nannestad's Road to Reid's Line; thence south-easterly along Reid's Line to Section No. 15, Block IV., Kairanga Survey District; thence along the northern boundary of that section and the western boundary of Section No. 19 to Feilding Road ; thence westerly along the Feilding Road to Penelope Road, and northerly along Penelope Road to Spur Road; thence easterly along Spur Road to the road fronting Section No. 7, Block 1., Gorge Survey District ; thence southerly along that road and its continuation, passing Sections Nos. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and lof the said Block 1., to the Township of Ashhurst; thence along the lines so as to exclude the Township of Ashhurst to the Pohangina River at the easternmost corner of Section No. 464; thence southerly along the right bank of the Pohangina River to the Manawatu River, and easterly along the right bank of the Manawatu River to the south-eastern boundary of the Manchester Road District. Manawatu. Manawatu District comprises the whole of Manawatu County ; the whole of the ridings of Rangitoto, Porewa, Otakapu, Maungaraupi, and Wangaehu, of Rangitikei County ; and the whole of Tokomaru Riding of Horowhenua County ; together with the Boroughs of Marton and Foxton. The Town Districts of Lethbridge and Bull's are in this district. Otaki. Otaki District comprises the whole of the Horowhenua County excepting the Tokomaru Riding ; the whole of the Ridings of Whareroa and Horokiwi of Hutt County ; the whole of Porirua Riding of Hutt County excepting that portion situated between the Boroughs of Petone and Onslow south-eastward of a line commencing at the north-western corner of the Borough of Petone, and proceeding westerly to the Johnsonville-Horokiwi Road, thence southerly along that road to the Town District of Johnsonville, and thence along the eastern and southern boundaries of the Town District of Johnsonville to the Borough of Onslow ; together with that portion of the Borough of Karori situated north of a line commencing at the western boundary of the Borough of Karori where it is intersected by the Karori-Makara Road in Section No. 42, and proceeding thence along the western side of the Karori-Makara Road to the Karori Road ; thence along the south side of the Karori Road to the western boundary of Section No. 38, Block VI., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence along the western and part of the southern boundaries of the said Section No. 38 to Section No. 9of the said Block VI.; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 9to the Kaiwarra Stream; thence along the left bank of the Kaiwarra Stream to main road Karori to Wellington, and thence along that road to the road leading to Mitchelltown; and thence along the south side of the last-mentioned road to the eastern boundary of the Borough of Karori : the whole of the Makara Road District of Hutt County excepting that portion which is situated east of a line commencing at the mouth of the Karori Stream, and proceeding along the left bank of that stream to its confluence with the stream which intersects Section No. 1, Block IX., Port Nicholson Survey District, and thence along the left bank of the last-mentioned stream to the eastern boundary of the Makara Road District. Johnsonville Town District and Kapiti Island are in this district. Hutt. Hutt District comprises the whole of the Boroughs of Petone, Onslow, and Lower Hutt; the whole of the Ridings of Mungaroa, Epuni, and Wainuiomata, of Hutt County ; together with that portion of the Porirua Riding of the Hutt County which is situated between the Boroughs of Petone and Onslow, south-east of a line commencing at a point where the southern boundary touches the
