VOLUNTEER CORPS ACCEPTED AND REJECTED (RETURN SHOWING THE NUMBER OF).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 6th July, 1900. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The number of Volunteer corps whose services have been accepted during the last twelve months ; 2) the number of men in each such accepted corps ; (3) the electoral district in which each such corps has its headquarters ; (4) the number of corps previously iv each such district, and the number of men in each corps ; (5) the number of corps whose services have been rejected in each electoral district, and the number of men in each rejeoted corps; (6) whether each suoh rejected corps was infantry or mounted."—(Mr. R.
