Saxe-Coburg have been received with much satisfaction by the Queen, who desires me to convey the expression of her sincere thanks for the assurance of the sympathy and condolence of the people of her colonies in the heavy sorrow which has now suddenly befallen Her Majesty. The letter will be forwarded to Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Believe me, &c, Arthur Bigge.
