NORTH ISLAND MAIN TRUNK RAILWAY LOAN (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO LAND PURCHASED OUT OF THE).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 28th October, 1898. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the number of acres of land purchased out of the North Island Trunk Railway Loan raised under the Act of 1882: also (1) the present approximated value of such land; (2) the number of acres (if any) which have been sold; (3) the amount of money received therefor; and (4) the purposes or accounts to which such moneys have been paid."—(Mr. Massby.)
