Major Steward, to strike out the words " the sums have," and insert " the sum of £20,000 has." Moved by Mr. Maslin, to insert after " £20,000" the words "on certain debentures." And upon the question being put, a division was called for, and the names were taken down as follow :— Ayes, 4.—Mr. Hutchison, Mr. Maslin, Mr. Montgomery, Mr. Tanner.
