Mr. Waed (New Zealand) laid upon the table a telegram from the Premier of Tasmania, authorising him to represent Tasmania at this present Conference. POSTAL CONFERENCE CORRESPONDENCE. The Hon. Mr. Wynne (Victoria) moved, and the question was proposed, That in future all correspondence relative to the Postal and Telegraph Conference be forwarded by the Government of South Australia. The motion was, with the leave of the Conference, withdrawn. PAPERS. The Hon.
