WELLINGTON AND MANAWATU RAILWAY: AGREEMENT FOR INTERCHANGE OF TRAFFIC BETWEEN THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS AND THE WELLINGTON AND MANAWATU RAILWAY FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS COMMENCING 9TH MARCH, 1894.
Laid on the Table of the House in pursuance of Section 172 of " The Public Works Act, 1882."
(B. 92/1341.—N0. 695.) New Zealand Government Eailways, Sir,— Head Office, Wellington, N.Z., 15th February, 1894. The agreement for interchange of traffic between your company and the New Zealand Government Eailways will expire on the Bth March proximo, and I have the honour, by direction of the Eailway Commissioners, to request that you will notify them whether your company is agreeable to the continuation of the agreement for twelve months from the 9th March proximo. Wellington and Manawatu Bailway Company (Limited), Gentlemen, — Wellington, 23rd February, 1894. I have to acknowledge receipt of your letter (B. 92/1341, No. 695) re the renewal of agreement for interchange of traffic between this company's railway and the New Plymouth-Napier Section.
