Notification to the Bank of England of the appointment of Sir P. G. Julyan and Mr. Perceval as Stock Agents. Onslow, Governor. In pursuance of the requirements of "The New Zealand Consolidated Stock Act, 1877," His Excellency William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby notify to the Bank of England that, by an instrument this day made and issued by the Governor in Council, a copy whereof is hereunto annexed, Sir Penrose Goodchild Julyan and Westby Brook Perceval, in the said instrument respectively described, were appointed to be Agents for the purposes. of the hereinbefore-mentioned Act, as and in manner more particularly set forth in the said instrument. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley, of Cranley in theCounty of Surrey; Baron Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same ; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at Wellington, this first day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two. Mr. Perceval's appointment as an Agent for Custody, &c, of Guaranteed Debentures. Onslow, Governor. Order in Council. At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twelfth day of October, 1891. Present: The Honourable the Premier presiding in Council. In pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities enabling him under " The Public Revenues Act, 1882," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby appoint Westby Beook Peeceval, Esquire, to be an Agent for the purposes of the sixteenth section of the said Act, to take, hold, and exercise the office of such Agent in conjunction with any other Agent or Agents appointed or acting under the said section, to have, exercise, and perform all the powers and authorities exercisable by such Agent or Agents. Mr. Perceval's appointment as a Trustee of the Sinking Fund of the Loan of 1863. Onslow, Governor. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by " The New Zealand Loan Act, 1863," and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Westby Bbook Pebceval, Esquire, to be a person to receive and invest the interest and sinking fund mentioned in and referred to by section nine of the said Act, and therein to act in conjunction with any other person or persons appointed and acting under the said Act for the purposes aforesaid. Given under the hand of His Excellency, the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, at Christchurch, this twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one. Delegation by His Excellency the Goveenob to Sir P. G. Julyan and Mr. W. B. Peeceval of his powers under the Lost Debentures Act. Onslow, Governor. Order in Council. At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twelfth day of October, 1891. Present: The Honourable the Premier presiding in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the fourth section of "The Lost Debentures Act, 1886," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby delegate to Sir Penrose Goodchild Julyan, of London, in the United Kingdom, a Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, and a Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, and to Westby Brook Perceval, Esquire, the powers by the said Act vested in the Governor in Council, or the Governor.
