Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated Ith. July, 1890. Ordered, " That a return bo laid beforo this House showing the nationality, religion, and state of education of the 294 offenders under twenty years of age received into the prisons in Now Zealand, and referred to in Table I) of the Inspector of Prisons' Keport, 1889."—(Mr. Goldie.)
