My visits to hospitals during the year 1884 numbered 72, and I travelled 6,452 miles while inspecting these institutions and the asylums. I have, &c, Geobge Wallington Gkabham, M.D. Lond., M.E.C.P., M.E.C.S., Inspector-General of Hospitals and Asylums. The Hon. the Colonial Secretary.
