Native Land Court Office, Sir, — Auckland, 4th July, 1881. I have the honor to transmit herewith the accompanying return of proceedings of this Court for the year ended 30th ultimo. This return does not contain the transactions of the sittings at present in progress at Gisborne and TJawa, as no final summary of proceedings will reach this office until the sessions have closed.
