IMMIGRATION RETURNS.

Presented to hoili Souses of the General Assembly by Command of Sis Excellency.

I. —Return of Immigration from Ist June, 1874, to 31st May, 1875, showing the Numbers, Assisted and Nominated; the Charterers, Rate of Passage, Total Passage Money, Amount Paid by Assisted Immigrants prior to leaving England, the Amount of Notes given by the same, and the Amount Paid in Cash or Bills towards the Passages of Nominated Immigrants.

ll.—Statement of the Cost of Chartering Four Ships for Emigrants and Cargo, in London, on behalf of the Government.
