Herewith I have the honor to transmit to you duplicates of the under-named Bills, passed by the Auckland Provincial Council at its Session just ended, to which I have assented on behalf of the Governor, viz., — " The Waikoukou Eoad Act, 1874 ;" "The Kamo Eoad Act, 1873 ;" "The Auctioneers Licensing Act 1863 Amendment Act, 1874;" " The Tuakau Eoad Act, 1874 ;" " The Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act 1873 Operation Act, 1874 ;" " The Manukau Harbour Eudowments Debt Eepeal Act, 1874;" " The East Coast District Sheep Act, 1874 ;" "The Private Burials Prevention and Eegulation Act, 1874;" " The Opotiki Eoad Act, 1874;" " The City of Auckland Loan Empowering Act, 1874 ;" " The Maioro Eoad Act, 1874;" and " The Members Eemuneration Act, 1874."
