Wednesday, 21st July, 1869.— Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed to inquire whether a certain Letter from the Honorable William Fox to Charles Brown, a Member of this House, is a Breach of the Privileges of this House." (Mr. Brown?) Wednesday, 28th July, 1869. — Ordered, " That the Select Committee on Privilege ordered by this House on the 21st instant consist of the Honorable Mr. Fox, Mr. Carleton, Mr. Curtis, Major Heaphy, V.C., Mr. Jollie, Mr. Main, Mr. O'Eorke, Mr. Eeynolds, Mr. Tancred, and the Mover. Five to be a Quorum, and to report this day week. (Mr. Brown?) 4th August.—Time for bringing up Eeport enlarged to 11th August.
