RETURN OF LANDS LYING BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW WATER MARKS ON THE COAST OF THE COLONY.
(Beturn to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated the 12th day of August, 1868.) That there be laid upon the Table of this House—"A Return showing all Lands lying between high and low water marks on the Coast of the Colony, or within the limits of any harbour or port of the Colony, which have been granted cither to Superintendents of Provinces or to any other persons, and showing also the Trusts upon which the same have been so granted; " and also, "A. Eeturn showing all such Lands not granted which have been reserved for any public purpose, with the specific purpose for which the same have been reserved in each case." (Mr. Trovers.)
