I have the honor to inform you that Her Majesty will not he advised to exercise her power of disallowance with respect to the following Acts of the General Assembly of New Zealand, transcripts of which accompanied Sir George Grey's Despatch, No. 128, of the 16th November last, namely :— No. 30, 10th October, 1867. —An Act to constitute a Medical Board for the Colony of New Zealand, and to define the Qualifications of Practitioners in Medicine and Surgery. No. 31, 10th October, 1867.—An Act to amend "The Marriage Act, 1854." No. 34, 10th October, 1867. —An Act to make provision for the Preservation, and Propagation of Salmon and Trout in this Colony. No. 35, 10th October, 1867. —-An Act to provide for the Protection of certain Animals and for the Encouragement of Acclimatization Societies in New Zealand. No. 36, 10th October, 1867. —An Act to establish an Institute for the advancement of Science and Art in New Zealand. No. 37, 10th October, 1867. —An Act to provide for the Establishment and Maintenance of an Armed Constabulary. No. 39, 10th October, 1867. —An Act for indemnifying persons acting in the suppression of the Native Insurrection.
