Superintendent's Office, Sic,— Auckland, 27th March, 1867. • ••••••• Herewith I have the honor to forward account of expenditure by the Provincial Government, acting for tho General Government in respect of the Waikato and other confiscated lands, together with the necessary vouchers in support of the several items; also, —an account current between the two Governments above mentioned, showing a balance from tho latter to the former to the amount of four thousand four hundred and eighty-five pounds sixteen shillings and fourpence (£1,485 16s. 4d.) ******** FnEDK.
