RETURN OF MILITIA EXEMPTIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.
[Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 3rd December, 1564.]
" That there be laid upon the Table of the House, a Return of the names of all persons belonging to the Auckland Militia and Volunteers who were exempted from service on payment of £10 :—by whose authority such exemptions were granted, and the grounds for exemption in each case ; also the petition of certain Inhabitants of Auckland complaining thereof, aud the reply of the Government thereto :—Also, showing the names of all persons who were exempted by virtue of Medical Certificate."
