Sir,' —I wish to remind you of the subject of Colonel Wynyard's Despatch, No. 122, of 15th November last, respecting the Salary of the Bishop of New Zealand, and to say that I hope to hear of your having submitted the question to the General Assembly, according to the intention therein expressed.
