Mr. Carr, Mr. Freer, Mr. Hanan, Mr. Harker, Mr. S. I. Jones, Mr. Keeling, Mr. McCombs, Mr. D. M. Rae, Mr. Tennent, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Algie.) Wednesday, the 22nd Day of November, 1950 Ordered, " That the New Zealand University Amendment Bill be referred to the Education Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Algie.) Ordered, " That the Education Amendment Bill be referred to the Education Committee."— (Hon. Mr. Algie.) REPORTS No. 24—Petition of Intellectually Handicapped Children's Parents' Association (Incorporated) and Others Praying for the appointment of a Committee to inquire into and make proposals relating to various matters concerning intellectually handicapped children. I have the honour to report that the Committee has carefully considered the petition, and recommends that it be referred to the Government for most favourable consideration. 2nd November, 1950,

No. 28—Petition of the Auckland Returned Services Association (Incorporated) Praying that legislation be passed granting relief to ex-servicemen University students who have been disadvantageously affected by the termination of war concessions in examinations.
