ORDERS OP REFERENCE Extracts from the Journals of the House of Representatives Tuesday, the 12th Day op August, 1947 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of nine members, to whom shall be referred for consideration and report the Masterton Licensing Restoration Bill, and the Masterton Licensing Trust Bill: the Committee to consist of Mr. Coleman, Dr. Finlay, Mr. Gerard, Mr. Hanan, Mr. Holyoake, Mr. Macfarlane, Mr. Mackley, Mr. Wilson, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That the Masterton Licensing Restoration Bill be referred to the Masterton Licensing Bills Committee." —(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That the Masterton Licensing Trust Bill be referred to the Masterton Licensing Bills Committee."- —(Hon. Mr. Mason.)

X A Resolution of the Mastebton Licensing Bills Committee I have the honour to report that the Masterton Licensing Bills Committee has passed the following resolution : " That the proceedings of the Committee during the taking of evidence be open to accredited representatives of the press." Masterton Licensing Trust Bill I have the honour to report that the Masterton Licensing Bilis Committee has carefully considered the Masterton Licensing Trust Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown on the copy of the Bill hereto attached. 15th October, 1947.
Masterton Licensing Restoration Bill I have the honour to report that the Masterton Licensing Bills Committee has carefully considered the Masterton Licensing Restoration Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown on the copy of the Bill hereto attached. D. W. Coleman, Chairman. 15th October, 1947.
