COMPLETION DELAYED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday The Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, told the power boards’ conference which opened today that a cable had just been received from Sir Stafford Cripps, President of the Board of Trade, that the date of delivery f for machinery for the Karapiro hydro station would have to be deferred another four months, so that on present indications it was not likely to be able to take the load until the winter of 1947.
