Those farmers who consider that they are penalised by basing their ration on the two years ending May 31st, 1941. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO FARMERS WHO HAVE NOT LODGED APPEALS ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS. 2. Those farmers who can produce documentary evidence to the effect that they have brought in out of virgin country during the last ration period areas which have been sown down to new grass.
