Paterson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today on David Kingi, aged 21, of Ohinemutu, who was charged with the theft at Cambridge on June 5 of floral material valued at £3 8s 6d and bed sheets valued at 19s 9d, the property of Joseph Ben Porath. Accused had previously pleaded guilty and been remanded for sentence. “ The probation officer’s report is far from good,” said Mr Paterson to Kingi. “ You were before the Children’s Court on a charge of theft. You apparently do not like work. In six years you have worked only an aggregate of two years nine months. In January at Rotorua you were sentenced to imprisonment for the theft of an overcoat and necklace. You have since been working at Karapiro, earning good money and spending it foolishly.” G ET OUR QUOTE FOR ALL CLASSED INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DECORATING. Only the beat materials used.
