29 SHIPS SUNK

TWO JAPANESE DFSTROYERS LONDON, Sept. 19 Twenty-nine more Japanese ships, including two destroyers, have been sunk by American submarines operating in the Pacific. Besides the destroyers one large cargo transport, 13 medium cargo vessels, nine small cargo vessels, one escort vessel and three medium tankers were sunk.
