GERMANS ORDER EVACUATION LONDON, May 19 The Zurich correspondent of the Daily Telegraph reports that the German autnorlties have ordered the immediate evacuation of civilians from several parts of Genoa. Twelve towns on the Italian Riviera are also to be evacuated. They include Paiallo. Santa Margharita. Portofino, Chiavari and Sestri Levante.
