PANIC IN THAILAND
BANGKOK EVACUATION URGED NEW YORK, Feb. 1 The Bangkok radio urged the population to evacuate the city immediately. Thailand no longer has a capital. Many members of the Government have gone to places of safety. The enemy will not cease to raid Bangkok; on the contrary the raids are likely to become heavier and more frequent.
