DIVE TO BOY’S RESCUE (By Telegrapn.—rress .\ssocr.itton) THAMES, Friday In the presence of a large gathering of the public last evening Scout G. Fisher, aged 13, was decorated with the Gilt Cross for bravery. He dived 15ft. from a wharf, saving a small boy from drowning.
