USE OF POISON GAS
CHARGE AGAINST JAPANESE CHUNGKING, Nov. 22 A special Chinese communique alleged that Japanese .troops in China’s “rice bowl” used poison gas on a large-scale to frustrate stiff Chinese resistance and prevent the Chinese counter-attacking. Written orders found on Japanese corpses will be published shortly.
