OFFICERS ASSASSINATED LONDON, Nov. 22 The Victhy radio announced that three leader? of Laval’s militia were assassinated yesterday. The secre-tary-General of the militia said: “‘The hour has come when we must strike against the terrorists. No Government can tolerate a state of affairs bordering on anarchy. Force must be used to re-establish public security. No clemency can be shown.” According to the Algiers radio more than 70,000 coalminers are on strike in France. The Germans have threatened tc take 800 hostages if work is not resumed.
