AFTER WAR RELIEF
NEV.’ ZEALAND’S SHARE NEW YORK. Nov. 23 The United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration plans to iorce the Axis countries to return the loot from conquered territories for the assistance of their erstwhile victims says the New York Times correspondent at Atlantic City, where the administration is in conference. It also recommends that former enemies be ob.'iged to pay for the relief they receive. This provision indicates a determination that Italy should not profit from her change of face. Tne conference has allocated the contributions to the administrative fund of 50.000,000 dollars. The United States is called upon to pay 40 per cent, Britain and Russia each 15 per cent, Australia 1.5 per cent, and New Zealand .3 per cent (about £45,500).
