MINERS AT WORK
SETTLEMENT TO DISPUTES (Special to Times) HUNTLY, Tuesday Satisfactory solutions were found to the disputes which caused the Glen Afton and MacDonald miners to cease work on Friday, and this morning found work proceeding as usual from a normal hour. The miners returned yesterday but in both instances they were late commencing, a meeting at MacDonald mine delaying operations until 9.25 a.m. It is understood that discussion of matters other than the catise of the original dispute was responsible for the meeting.
