SOVIET AND CZECHO-SLOVAKIA (Received Nov. 9. 1 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 8 The Russian paper Waf and the Working Class, in announcing that Dr. Benes, President of Czechoslovakia, is expected in Moscow in the near future, added: “The obstacles that have been in the way of concluding a Soviet-Czecho-Slovakia pact have been removed.”
