UNITED STATES OFFICIALS LONDON, Sept. 23 The King today received Colonel Frank Knox, United States Naval Secretary, and Mr Donald Nelson, United States Minister of War Production. His Majesty also entertained Mr Churchill at luncheon. He later received Miss Mabel Strickland, editor of the Times cf Malta. Mr Churchill gave the King, whom he had not met since before his journey to Que-bec, a full account of the conference .and his subsequent meetings with Mr Roosevelt.
