BOROUGH AFFAIRS (To the Editor) Sir,—The citizens of Hamilton must feel very uneasy about civic affairs after the prolonged discussions over the differences of opinions between the town clerk and the ex-borough engineer. The council is practically equally divided on this matter, and there seems to be an unknown factor behind the whole business. Many people think that an injustice has Been done to the engineer and that there was undue haste on the part of those interested to have the engineer quickly removed. May I suggest that the whole council resign and the electorate decide the issue?—l am, etc., JUSTICIA.
