NEW CONCRETE SHIPS
MILESTONE IN' ENGINEERING , (Official Wireless) (Received July 17. 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, July 16 At the launching of the first three concrete ships built by McClosky and Company at Florida, RearAdmiral Viceroy, deputy-administra-tor of the United States War Shipping Administration, described the completion of the first modern concrete vessels as a milestone in the advance of engineering knowledge.
