VISIT TO NORTH AFRICA LONDON, June 13 j The Minister of Air. Sir Archibald Sinclair, and the Minister of War, Sir James Grigg, arrived in North Africa yesterday. They were met by Air Chief-Marshal Sir Arthur Tedder, and Mr H. McMillan, British Minister in North Africa. Later they motored to Algiers. The new Commander-in-Chief in the Lavent, Admiral Sir John Cunningham. flew from Cairo to Ankara for a three-day meeting with the Turkish High Command. He will also see President Inonu. 1
