The following air casualties were announced today, the rank being sergeant and all being Royal New Zealand Air Force personnel unless otherwise stated:— CUTHBERTSON, A. W., slightly injured on active service. Mrs D. A. Cutbbertson, Kohirnarama (m). WILLIAMS, 8., slightly injured on active service. Mr J. Williams. Auckland (f). LELONG, R. E., slightly Injured on active service. Mrs E. Lelong, Auckland 1 f). McKOY, G. A., missing, believed killed, previously reported missing. Auckland. REID, G. E., death now presumed, previously reported missing, believed killed. Talnui. FLIGHT-SERGEANT COULAM Flight-Sergeant Albert George Murray Coulam, who is reported as a prisoner of war after being missing on air operations, is the only son of Mr and Mrs G. H. Coulam, q£ Marire Street, Frankton. Flight-Ser-geant Coulam, who is 25 years of age, was educated at the Hamilton West School and Hamilton Technical High School. He was interested in football and cricket and for two years was a member of the Bth Medium Battery at Hamilton. He left New Zealand two yoars ago, undergoing training in Canada and subsequently flying as navigator and bomb-aimer in operations over enemy territory, three at least being over Italy. Before joining the Air Force he was employed by the Electrical Construction Company, Hamilton. While in Canada at the bombing and gunnery school, Flight-Sergeant Coulam held the record for bombing in his school.
