Notice is hereby' given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the abovenamed deceased are required to send in written particulars thereof to his executors whose address is care of Lewis & Dallimore, Solicitors, Cambridge on or before the 9th day of April 1943 after which the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the Estate of the said Thomas Viewers deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto in accordance with the terms of the Will of the said deceased, having regard only to the claims of which the executors shall then have had notice.
