Copyrlg-bf) (Received Dec. 10, 11.30 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Dec. 9 The Japanese have adopted a more severe policy towards Anglo-Saxons in the occupied territory of China. They have arrested and interned all Anglo-Americans, including children, at Tsingtao. Furthermore, hundreds of additional Anglo-Amercians have been arrested in the international settlement in Shanghai and interned in a slum district across the Whangloo River.
