RAILWAY DESTINATION LABELS, LUGGAGE, PARCELS, Etc. The Railways Department experiences no little inconvenience through packages for transit being not clearly addressed. Whether on luggage or goods the addresses should be clearly written in Block Letters on white labels. It is j important too, that in order to ensure names and destinations being sighted readily, all old labels should be removed from packages. During the blackout hours labels have to be read under reduced lighting and plain, conspicuous destination instructions save much bother and possible delrv. HELP THE RAILWAYS TO DELIVER THE GOODS
