TRIAL OF HITLER

CZECHO-SLOVAK PREPARATIONS (om<-‘al wireless) (Received June 18, 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY. June 17 Preparations for the trial of Hitler, Himmler, Goering, Henlein and others responsible for the atrocities at Lidice and elsewhere in Czechoslovakia are being made by the Czecho-Slovak Government. At an extraordinary general session held in London this morning the Government passed a resolution expressing the conviction that the culprits should not be allowed to find an asylum in any country after the war, and announcing that it would prepare courts to judge and punish the culprits with extreme penalties as soon as Czecho-Slovakia was released from bondage. The Government statement enumerated all those responsible for acts of barbarism, the list ranging from Hitler to the higher German officials in the administration of Bohemia. All Germans who aided or approved of the conduct of the culprits would also be tried, as well as local traitors.
