Miss I. Kain and Miss Barron, of the W.A.A.F.. are visiting Hamilton and are sitting on a selection committee in company with Mrs J. Ward Chapman, chairman of the Waikato W.W.S.A. Mrs P. Pile, Hamilton, has returned from a visit to the Mount, Tauranga. Mrs E. R. Gresham, Hamilton, is visiting Christchurch, j Mrs C. Harington, Hamilton, is a week-end visitor to Taupo. i Mrs C. A. Hamerton, Hamilton, is ' spending the week-end in Auckland. i Mrs T. Cavill, Rotorua, is visiting ! Hamilton. I Mrs C. O. Bennett, Hamilton, is spending the week-end at Taupo. | Mrs A. T. Collins, Auckland, is at the Hamilton Hotel. | Miss Reid, Auckland, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs W. G. Pountney, returns home on Monday. | Miss Dawn Cobb, Hamilton, is ! spending a holiday in Auckland. | The Hamilton Homeland Society held its fortnightly meeting recently, , Mrs Morley, the president, welcom- ! ing a number of guests. A social half-hour was enjoyed, items by Mrs ,R. Poole accompanied by Mrs F. ' Bishop being appreciated. The host--1 esses for the afternoon were Mes- ' dames Bishop, Hindle, Coupe and j Waters. A first aid demonstration will be given at the next meeting.
