WAR SERVICE IN AMERICA (United Press .nssn.—Eleu. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 25, 11.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 24 All United States doctors, dentists and veterinary surgeons will receive questionnaires next week to determine their place in the war effort. The Army needs 16,000 physicians and the Navy needs 3000. As far as possible the commissioning of medical men will be kept on a voluntary basis.
