HITLER’S ALLEGED FAILURE (United Press Assn.—ciec. Tel. copyngn k > NEW YORK, Feb. 14 The New York Times Stockholm correspondent says Hitler unexp3ctedly summoned Field Marshal Von Brauchitsch to headquarters. Well-informed German military circles comment that Hitler after two months of failures has realised his incapacity to lean the German Army in the war against Russia and is therefore asking Brauchitsch to resume the command. Informed circles add that Hitler also seems emotionally exhausted by his failure against Russia, and it is significant th'-t he copiously wept at Dr. Todt’s funeral.
