ENEMY PLANES SHOT DOWN (Official Wireless) (Received Feb. 16, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Feb. 15 An agency message from Malta says that enemy air activity was on k reduced scale during Saturday. The final report on Friday’s raid revealed that the anti-aircraft defences shot down into the sea three enemy aircraft —a JUBB bomber, a JUB7 dive-bomber and a MEIO9 fighter. A JUBB was probably destroyed. It was last seen with the engine afire.
